Lane brings nearly 15 years of senior living experience as an accomplished mentor with clinical expertise in operational efficiencies and leadership development.
As Vice President of Clinical Operations, Lane will effectively lead the clinical teams of all senior living communities owned and operated by Watercrest Senior Living Group, while ensuring Watercrest’s Platinum Standards of exceptional care, innovative programming and advanced associate training. Lane most recently served as Divisional Director of Health and Wellness for Senior Lifestyle Corporation, excelling in the implementation of pilot projects. Amongst her diverse experience, she has successfully mentored regional nurses and been awarded Highest Occupancy Growth, Highest Average Occupancy, Highest Level of Care Growth, and Lowest Bad Debt for her team’s region.
Lane models her passion to improve senior living, serving on city commission boards to increase awareness of senior living issues and fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Association. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in both Speech Pathology and Nursing, a Master’s in Social Work and is pursuing her Master’s in Nursing.
