HOLLIE KEMP

HOLLIE KEMP,
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Hollie’s journey into Alzheimer’s and Dementia care started in 2000 when she joined the care team at a CCRC in her hometown while attending school. While there, she worked in various areas of the community including skilled nursing and adult day, eventually finding her way to Memory Care. That stop in Memory Care would be where Hollie discovered her life’s calling.

Following her time at the CCRC, Hollie spent nearly five years advocating, supporting, and training on Alzheimer’s and Dementia in her roles at the Alzheimer’s Association NENY. During her tenure at the Association, her passion for impacting the lives of those living with dementia and their loved ones strengthened. Leaving her position as Director of Programs and Services at the nonprofit, Hollie decided to return to Senior housing. Since coming back, she has worked in both operations and Corporate Memory Care leadership roles. The positions that Hollie has held over the years have allowed her the opportunity to be recognized as an innovator and leader in Memory Care. Hollie is an award-winning Memory Care program developer and the proud recipient of an “Argentum’s Best of the Best” award in 2017 for one of her programs. According to Argentum, This award recognizes “innovative new programs and services that are working to improve the future of senior living.” Hollie seeks to lead, innovate, and impact through her Memory Care and Programming work. She wants to inspire, connect, and contribute to those she leads and supports. Hollie believes in seeing what is possible, in helping others do the same, and in brightening lives one moment at a time.

Hollie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, has studied Social Work in Graduate school and has numerous Certifications in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care. Hollie will start her Master of Science in Crisis and Behavioral Counseling in the Winter of 2018.

Hollie resides in Alstead, New Hampshire with her devoted husband Gordon and their daughter Annabelle. She enjoys spending time with her family more than anything, whether it’s working on their family homestead in NH or using their annual passes at Disney World. She has served on numerous committees and boards both Nationally and locally, volunteered for her Church, as well as being a Global Chair for the Alzheimer’s Associations Longest Day, and National Walk Team Captain.
